Class A CDL - Regional Run - 3 Months Experience needed
This is a Class A CDL position. Please do not apply for the job if you do not hold a valid Commercial drivers license. I do not have any type of training or schools.
This is a regional run delivering retail customer freight pulling for one of the largest companies in the US. You will be moving freight to/from different DC's/Customers across the eastern half of the US. This regional is no west coast, No Upper northeast, NYC or Canada runs. Hiring in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin
All loads are preplanned a day in advance. You will run a permanently assigned truck that goes home with you every 12th day ( Home every other weekend ) . The Freightliner trucks are 10 speeds with E-Logs and are less than 12 months old. I have 2014 and 2015 Trucks.
The starting pay on the account is .39 - .41 cpm and is determined by your experience. You will run 2500-3000 miles per week. The average is around $1,000 - $1,250 per week pay to start ( depending on your experience ) . You are also paid $20 for detention if you are delayed.
The monthly mileage bonus is easy to hit and paid every month, anytime you get over 8,000 miles per week, you're in the bonus. Here is the breakdown for the bonus .remember, the .39 - .41 cpm is always there, you will never drop below that number at anytime.
Drivers will get a productivity bonus paid on a 4 week basis. 13 bonus periods per year. Paid at the end of the 4 week period for all miles ran that period. ( over 8,000 miles = .01 cpm, 8,500 miles = .02, 9,000 miles = .03, 10,000 miles = .05, 11,000 miles = .06)
